Swedish Massage

This is what most people think of when they about massage therapy, the light touch relaxing massage. But even though it’s the most common massage therapy technique doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have its very good purpose. 

Swedish massage is known to decrease stress, relax the body, help with normalizing endocrine levels, lowering blood pressure, promoting good sleep patterns, settling stomach issues, increased flexibility, and improved immune system. 

Studies have even shown that massages received monthly or weekly actually help to increase productivity at work. 

So if you just need to relax for a bit to get back to “normal”, schedule a Swedish style massage. Most common is the 90 minute session.
